Passing down the legacy...
The last time I saw my Abuelita Rosa she blessed my work and I did not take it lightly. She lived in Peru, and I in the US, but on special occasions with years in-between we reconnected in Florida. Throughout those years I watched how her weakness progressed from being extremely active to using a cane, then from a walker to a wheelchair. I always wished I could be closer to help her more.
I saw the dignity stripped from her eyes as she needed multiple family members to assist her to the toilet and it broke my heart to see this vibrant, tenacious woman lose control of her mobility. Yet she kept her wit and her humor about her. She never complained. One evening as she laid in bed I observed her arm involuntarily trembling. I began to apply therapeutic techniques to calm her nerves and nourish her muscles. She said that I do a good work for the human body, and that's when she began to bless my life's calling. I will never forget.
She eventually passed away on my birthday in September 2012, and I knew she was forever with me. No distance nor death could stop her from journeying with me on this mission to bring holistic health and wellness to the world. That's when Abuelita Rosa Ministries began. Other times, when someone is experiencing severe structural dysfunction it requires more than one session for maximum benefits and results. When it comes to SEO, fundraising, grant proposals, and setting up a 501c3, etc, I admittedly fall short. Help me help more people with therapeutic treatments while simultaneously training others to provide the same excellence in healthcare, and creating an avenue for them to make a livable wage while doing so! Help Heal The Horses
The horses in Puerto Penasco, Mexico can use your help! I've been doing orthopedic frequency therapy on the trail horses while practicing connections through collections, a natural form of horsemanship. During this time I've noticed some other needs. I hope you'll find it in your heart to help us meet them together!

What is Connections through Collections?
I've been given this amazing opportunity to train for three months in connections through collections with Equisit Way of Life! This spectacular couple in Spain trained with Pat Parelli who founded "Parelli Natural Horsemanship," one of the leading training programs for horses and riders. Rather than utilizing harsh bondage equipment like bits and spurs, this training teaches you how to deeply connect with your horse in order to communicate flawlessly via energy when doing groundwork or riding.
Through this intimate connection we're then able to work on collections. Collection helps the horse to develop a stronger hind end by shifting more weight to the back legs while raising the head and neck carriage, enabling the horse to take shorter, smoother strides and strengthen the topline muscles along the spine. The goal is to help the horse be physically fit with good conformation after assisting with traumatic release and injury rehabilitation. Combining orthopedic frequency therapy with connections through collections helps us to release physical pain and dysfunction in the horse, then strengthen the muscles asymmetrically in order to prevent future injury or physical dysfunction.
So far, I've had the chance to work with the cutest donkey, and a sweet horse named Raton. We are building our trust and bond, and learning how to dialogue energetically. You can read more about our time together in my blog, but I would love to help more of these horses in Puerto Penasco. Being a trail horse in Mexico is a demanding life, and I wish I could help every single one of them. However, I can't pay my bills or buy my kid food doing volunteer work. So, I'm asking people to sponsor a horse! When you sponsor a horse it gives me the liberty to work with more of them, address their physical ailments, relieve their daily work stress, and increase their mobility while living in a smaller, crowded stable.
However, this is not the only way you can help!
Donate Supplies!
The first immediate need I see is the need for horse masks and vests to protect them from fly bites. There are two horses in particular who are more sensitive to them and have some nasty bites and scarring. New halters, bitless bridles, leads, and reigns are also needed. If I could buy all of these supplies myself, I would. Since I can't, I'm calling upon all animal lovers to help donate these supplies or the funds to buy them!
Besides volunteering my own time picking up trash around the stables and providing my expertise, I've also created my own blend of horse safe, healing essential oils to help cure their skin wounds. These oils are not cheap. I'm happy to use my supply, but that supply will need replenishing. Everything helps!
Proper saddle fittings, and farrier (hoof) work are absolutely critical for a horses physical wellness and proper biomechanics. If you are an expert in this field, or would like to connect these horses with a professional who is, I emphatically welcome you to facilitate these arrangements. If you prefer to designate funds toward this specific cause I can also do the research and make the connections to facilitate these arrangements myself.
