At Rafa University of Metaphysicians, our curriculum is expansive, and progressive . We approach our studies like an ever evolving Universe with fixtures to anchor us, and cycles to renew. Thus, our curriculum, and courses will evolve month to month, and season to season, revising the old, and adding the new. We believe that learning is interactive, and observational. Therefore, we nurture opportunities for open peer discussion in order to question our curiosities, receive feedback, and grow.

This astrologically based course is geared toward youth for the purpose of self discovery, and awareness, but is an excellent way for people of all ages, including their parents, to gain a foundational understanding of the archetypal energies of the 12 zodiac signs, their houses, their meaning, and purpose in your life, and how they relate to one another. This course will help youth with self development and actualiation in an unconventional, yet practical, highly effective, and personalized way. They will learn about all 12 zodiac signs, their characteristics, attributes, their rulerships, and "house" associations aka a particular area of life which has relevance to us all, and it will give them a solid understanding of astrology to build upon for future courses. Every zodiac sign represents 1 of 12 houses on the wheel. Each house represents a key part of life, and society to develop through intentional thought, and discussion. Each youth will be given assignments for contemplation, and self reflection that they will be able to share in conversation with their peers in the following areas of life:
1st House of Aries: Represents the self, your unique identity, who I AM, how I percieve, and esteem myself, and how I show up confidently in the world.
2nd House of Taurus: Represents your values, what you love, your beliefs, and spiritual or religious foundation, as well as material wealth, and finances.
3rd House of Gemini: Represents what you think, how you communicate, your interactions with friends, classmates, siblings, and proximal community, as well as your intellectual capacities, and short distance travel.
4th House of Cancer: Represents your home life, how you relate to your mother, and your feelings, the things that bring you comfort, and security, and nurture your emotional being.
5th house of Leo: Represents your leadership style, how you express yourself creatively, or how you shine in from the inside, sports, and theatrics, your vitality, strength, and energy.

9th House of Sagittarius: Represents long distance travel, foreign countries, languages, cultures, exploration, philosophy, abundance, expansion, and the wisdom and enlightenment we gain from expanding our horizons beyond our typical community as it is opposite Gemini.
10 House of Capricorn: Represents our career, our legacy, how we respond to authority, or how we stand in authority. It represents the government, corporations, and permanent structures, our hardships, and difficulties, and how to capitalize on them for the best desired outcomes. It also represents our character.
