Appointments & Scheduling
Appointments must start in a timely manner according to schedule. Late arrival, or extended intake time are counted as part of the session time. All sessions end on time unless additional paid time is requested at $40/unit if schedule permits. All appointments must be pre-paid.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
All appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of appointment.
A $40 fee will be assessed for appointments cancelled or rescheduled in less than 48 hours of scheduled appointment.
Less than 24hr notification of change will not be rescheduled or refunded.
