Policies
Appointments & Scheduling
Appointments must start in a timely manner according to schedule. Late arrival, or extended intake time are counted as part of the session time. All sessions end on time unless additional paid time is requested at $40/unit if schedule permits. All appointments must be pre-paid.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
All appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled within 5 business days of appointment.
A $40 fee will be assessed for appointments cancelled or rescheduled in less than 3 business days of scheduled appointment.
Less than 24hr notification of change will not be rescheduled or refunded.
Memberships
Members receive a 20% discount with a 12 month auto debit commitment. Memberships auto renew on a month by month basis after 12 sessions have been completed.
30 day notice of written cancellation required. Early cancellation will be charged one time for repayment of discounts received. (ie: 4 units @ 20% off $160= $35 discount X 3 sessions = $105 charge)
Session credits must be used within 60 days, or will be credited toward full price session.
